This route is flat, which makes it quick run.  The wind can often make this run difficult on the return, particularly in winter when a cold Southerly is blowing in.
It can be taken from any point, and can be run in any direction first.

It’s popular just before sunset on the week-end, and absolutely not popular during winter evenings, even though it is the best temperature for the human body to run.
