Chocolate Croissants (pains au chocolat)

Called chocolatines in the South West of France at least, and pains au chocolat elsewhere, schoolkids can’t wait for it on their way home.  Mums, not everyday!
Time needed 14h croissant pastry, 1h preparation.

Chocolate croissants are croissant pastry logs with a dark chocolate rod (50% cocoa).
They are the 4 logs that you can see in round in the picture on the right.
