For my own record and future reference, these are my personal bests in various sports. Not all of them are mediatic races, but they all mean something to me.
I have noticed they are about 50% less good than elites’, whatever the discipline. I’m happy with that, knowing I“only” train about 11 hours a week. The rest of the time I’ve got my bum-bum posted before a computer screen.

Top speed achiever for 2017 on the l’année 2017 sur le segment Big Sweet Left segment, form Gregory Terrace to RBW Hospital, at the slightly outlaw speed of 60.8 kph apparently. Ouh là là!
Coincidentally, a police car was at the crossroads at the BP station, but I couldn’t check their faces . . . If I had known I had the pole position then, I would have put a few more watts to be the actual first on that segment.

In my case, I define“3 quarter slide” the course of the handle from all the way back to an imaginary vertical line that goes through the footrest top end.
